Basically, what it actually takes to get someone to hand over their card details to a brand they’ve never heard of.
Greg brings a further 25 years in retail operations at John Lewis, Arcadia, Amazon, Vivobarefoot, Phones4u, and Joseph Joseph. Between them, that’s over 45 years inside some of the biggest names on the High Street and ecommerce.
