Yes. We run a migration and health check first (from £350), then you’re on a care plan.
Minor updates are included on all plans. Anything larger is scoped and quoted separately – always agreed in advance.
Yes, our Grow and Scale Plans include monthly requests that cover automation refinements, AI chat updates, and integration maintenance
