Scale

For scaling Shopify stores where ecommerce is a serious revenue channel and every improvement matters.

Includes everything in Grow, plus:

This plan is ideal if your Shopify store is a key part of your business, you need faster turnaround, and you want senior commercial input on what to improve, what to remove and what to prioritise next.

How unlimited requests work

We want to be transparent… unlimited requests does not mean everything happens at once.

It means you can send us as many Shopify requests as you need, and we’ll work through them properly in priority order.

On Grow, we work on one active request at a time. On Scale, we can work on up to two active requests at a time where appropriate.

Most requests are included, whatever they involve, as long as they fit within your existing theme and apps and can be completed within a reasonable working timeframe. That covers small fixes through to new features like adding a reviews section, a new collection layout, or a bundle builder, not just text and image changes.

If something will take longer, we’ll always tell you upfront, before we start, so you know exactly where it sits in the queue and what it means for everything else waiting behind it.

  • Larger or more complex work is scoped separately before we start. This includes:

    • Anything that needs custom development beyond your existing theme and apps

    • Complex integrations

    • Subscription or checkout rebuilds

    • Major theme rebuilds

    • Copywriting from scratch

    • Urgent or out-of-hours work

Yes. We monitor key parts of your store and, where something is small and safe to fix, we’ll often deal with it before flagging it to you. If it needs a bigger decision, we’ll explain what’s happened and what we recommend.

Shopify theme updates can affect customisations if handled carelessly. We always review and test updates on a duplicate theme before applying anything to your live store.

Each month, we review your store and flag one specific thing we’d change to improve performance. That might be a product page layout issue, a collection structure, a checkout friction point, a confusing promotion, or a merchandising decision that could be stronger.

On Grow and Scale, standard landing pages are included where they use your existing Shopify theme, sections and design system. If a landing page needs bespoke design, new functionality, copywriting from scratch, complex integrations or custom development, we’ll scope it separately before we start.

It means we focus on one agreed request before moving to the next. You can send us multiple requests, and we’ll help you prioritise them, but we won’t try to do everything at once. This keeps work controlled, clear and properly finished.

Small fixes and guidance that take under 15 minutes each. If requests become frequent or regular, we’ll be in touch to talk about whether Grow might be a better fit.
