I’m Angela, founder of AB Web Agency, a web design and development studio that blends commercial thinking, thoughtful design and senior-level development to create websites that actually work.

Before running a web agency, I spent over 20 years in retail buying, working with some of the UK’s most recognised high-street brands.

That experience taught me:

  • how customers make decisions,

  • what influences trust,

  • how layout affects behaviour,

  • what makes someone complete (or abandon) a purchase,

  • and how brand consistency affects perceived value.

It’s a perspective most agencies don’t have, and it shapes every website I design, refine or develop.

Your website won’t just look good. It will be built around how your customers actually think and behave.

How I approach every project

I don’t start with design. I start by getting clear on what you need your website to do.

I’ve spent years working with businesses at different stages, from established brands to growing teams.  And the pattern is always the same. When the website has clarity, everything else gets easier.

That means understanding your business, your customers, and how people move through your site. What they need to see, what they need to understand, and what helps them take action.

From there, the design has purpose. It supports your goals, rather than getting in the way.

You end up with a website that feels right for your business and actually does its job.
