What are the payment terms?
We require payment on the 1st of each month.
Is there a minimum tie-in period?
No, we simply require 30 days notice if you wish to cancel.
What if you didn’t build my website?
Not an issue! We’ve helped lots of business owners with their existing WordPress websites. There is a one-time setup and audit fee of £100 to ensure there are no issues with your website before we take over the day to day running of it.
Do you do ecommerce websites?
We sure do! Costs start from £60 per month.
What is image optimisation?
We’ll install a plugin which will automatically optimise your images when you upload them. However, it will not resize images so always upload them in the correct dimensions and resolutions first!
What are offsite backups and why are these important?
Most good hosting services give backups but these are stored on the same server as your website so if something happens to the server, you’ve lost your backup too. Offsite backups are where we store backups of your website in a separate, secure location. We keep backups for 90 days.
What if my website is hacked?
We monitor all security alerts so we are notified immediately if there is a breach. We’ll inform you and let you know the cost to fix this.
Does it include fixing my website?
Plugin, theme and WordPress core updates can break your site – if we find that an update will break your site, we’ll roll back to the previous version and inform you if there are additional costs before commencing the fixes. If it’s a quick fix, we don’t charge.
